MP Product Reviews support

MP Product Reviews helps Shopify merchants collect, manage, and display customer reviews on product pages.

With the app, you can show full review lists, compact star ratings, and floating review tabs. You can also moderate reviews, reply to customers, export review data, receive email notifications, and enable review structured data for eligible product pages.

What you can do with the app​

Review collection​

Customers can submit reviews from your storefront through the Reviews list widget.

Review submissions can include:

  • A rating from 1 to 5 stars
  • Review content
  • Reviewer name
  • Reviewer email
  • Optional review photos

Review moderation​

New reviews are saved as pending unless auto publish is enabled and the review passes spam checks.

From the app, you can:

  • Publish, unpublish, or move reviews back to pending
  • Pin important published reviews
  • Delete or restore reviews
  • Add merchant replies
  • Add internal notes
  • Filter and search reviews
  • Export reviews to CSV

Storefront display​

MP Product Reviews includes three storefront display options:

  • Reviews list: A full review section with summary, review items, pagination, and the write review form
  • Star rating: A compact product rating summary
  • Floating review tab: A floating rating tab on product pages

SEO rich snippets​

When SEO rich snippets are enabled and the SEO app embed is active, the app can output product review JSON-LD for products with published reviews.
