How to add internal notes to reviews

Internal notes help your team track moderation context for a review.

Notes are visible inside MP Product Reviews only. They are not shown to customers on your storefront.

Add a note​

  1. Open MP Product Reviews.
  2. Go to Manage reviews.
  3. Open a review.
  4. Add a note in the internal notes area.
  5. Save the note.

Notes can be up to 5,000 characters.

Edit a note​

  1. Open the review details page.
  2. Find the note.
  3. Choose the edit option.
  4. Update the note content.
  5. Save your changes.

Delete a note​

  1. Open the review details page.
  2. Find the note.
  3. Choose the delete option.

Spam check notes​

If a review matches spam rules, MP Product Reviews may add a spam check note with a score and matched reasons.

Use this note to decide whether the review should stay pending, be unpublished, or be deleted.
