How to export reviews to CSV
You can export reviews from MP Product Reviews as a CSV file.
Before you start
The export download link is sent by email.
MP Product Reviews uses the store owner email by default. If needed, update the notification email in Settings before exporting.
Export reviews
- Open MP Product Reviews.
- Go to Manage reviews.
- Apply any filters you want to include in the export.
- Click Export CSV.
- Check the recipient email inbox for the download link.
The export uses the active filters on the review list.
What the CSV includes
The CSV can include:
- Review ID
- Product title
- Product ID
- Rating
- Review content
- Reviewer name
- Reviewer email
- Status
- Spam score
- Source
- Pinned state
- Published date
- Created date
- Updated date
- Media URLs
- Reply status
- Reply content
Export limits
An export can include up to 10,000 matching reviews.
If more than 10,000 reviews match your filters, the export is truncated and the email message shows how many reviews were exported.
Download link expiration
CSV download links expire after 7 days.
If a link expires, create a new export from Manage reviews.
