How to manage product reviews
Use Manage reviews to see customer reviews submitted through your storefront and organize the reviews shown on product pages.
Open Manage reviews
- From your Shopify admin, open MP Product Reviews.
- Go to Manage reviews.
The review list shows review status, rating, product, reviewer details, media, spam risk, and available actions.
Review statuses
MP Product Reviews uses three statuses:
- Pending: The review is waiting for moderation and is not shown on the storefront.
- Published: The review can appear on the matching product page.
- Unpublished: The review is saved in the app but hidden from the storefront.
Search reviews
Use the search field to find reviews by:
- Review content
- Reviewer name
- Reviewer email
Filter reviews
You can filter reviews by:
- Status
- Rating
- Product
- Media
- Pinned state
Spam-related filters help you review submissions that may need closer moderation.
Sort reviews
You can sort reviews by:
- Pinned first
- Newest reviews
- Oldest reviews
- Highest rated
- Lowest rated
- Recently updated
- Highest spam score
Open a review
Click View on a review to open the review details page.
From the details page, you can review the full content, media, product information, merchant reply, internal notes, and recent activity.
