How to pin product reviews
Pinned reviews appear first in storefront review lists and in the review order used by MP Product Reviews.
Before you start
Only published reviews can be pinned.
If the review is pending or unpublished, publish it first.
Pin a review
- From your Shopify admin, open MP Product Reviews.
- Go to Manage reviews.
- Find a published review.
- Click Pin, or open the review and choose Pin.
The review is moved ahead of regular reviews for the matching product.
Unpin a review
To remove pinned placement:
- Open Manage reviews.
- Find the pinned review.
- Click Unpin, or open the review and choose Unpin.
The review returns to the normal storefront sort order.
Tips
- Pin your most helpful reviews, not only the highest rated reviews.
- Keep pinned reviews relevant to the product page where they appear.
- Review pinned content after seasonal campaigns or product updates.
