Why is the floating review tab not showing?

The Floating review tab is an App Embed. It must be enabled in the current Shopify theme before it can appear.

Check the app embed​

  1. From Shopify admin, go to Online Store.
  2. Click Themes.
  3. Click Customize on your current theme.
  4. Open App embeds.
  5. Enable Floating review tab.
  6. Click Save.

Re-check from the app​

  1. Open MP Product Reviews.
  2. Go to Display reviews or Storefront widgets.
  3. Open Floating review tab.
  4. Click Re-check.

Check the product page​

The floating tab is designed for product pages.

Open a product page on your storefront and refresh the page.

Check the empty state​

If the product has no published reviews and Hide widget when empty is enabled, the floating tab will not appear.

Open the Floating review tab settings and check the no reviews state.
