Why does MP Tracking Pixel say the Tracking snippet is not enabled?

MP Tracking Pixel checks your current Shopify theme to see whether the Tracking snippet app embed is enabled.

Fix the warning​

  1. Open MP Tracking Pixel.
  2. Go to Tracking IDs.
  3. Click Open theme editor.
  4. In the Shopify theme editor, open App embeds.
  5. Enable Tracking snippet.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Return to MP Tracking Pixel.
  8. Click Re-check.

If the warning appears after changing themes​

App embed settings are theme-specific.

If you publish a new theme, enable Tracking snippet again in the new live theme and run Re-check in MP Tracking Pixel.

If the app cannot check the theme​

If the app shows an error while checking the embed, try again after refreshing the app.

If the issue continues, contact support and include your Shopify store domain.
