MP Trust Badges & Labels support

MP Trust Badges & Labels helps Shopify merchants build trust, highlight offers, and make key product messages more visible across their storefront.

With the app, you can add trust badges to product pages and create product labels such as sale, new arrival, best seller, organic, limited offer, and more.

What you can do with the app​

Trust badges​

Use trust badges to show confidence signals near important buying actions, such as the Add to cart button.

You can:

  • Choose badges from a built-in badge library
  • Display payment, shipping, security, guarantee, and special badges
  • Customize the heading text
  • Change font, color, alignment, size, and spacing
  • Preview badges before publishing
  • Add badges to your theme using a Theme App Block

Product labels​

Use product labels to highlight important product information directly on product images.

You can:

  • Create text-based labels or image-based labels
  • Customize label text, shape, color, size, and position
  • Show labels on all products or selected products
  • Show labels based on product tags
  • Schedule labels for specific dates
  • Activate, pause, edit, or delete labels

How the app works​

MP Trust Badges & Labels uses Shopify theme features to display content on your storefront.

Trust badges are added through a Theme App Block. You can place the block in your theme editor wherever you want the badges to appear.

Product labels are displayed through an App Embed. After enabling the Product labels app embed, labels can appear automatically on product pages based on your label settings.

Getting started​

To start using the app:

  1. Open MP Trust Badges & Labels from your Shopify admin.
  2. Customize your trust badges.
  3. Add the Trust badges block in your theme editor.
  4. Enable the Product labels app embed.
  5. Create your first product label.

After saving changes, your storefront may take a few minutes to update.
