How to edit, pause, or delete product labels

You can manage your product labels from the Product labels page in MP Trust Badges & Labels.

From this page, you can edit label settings, pause labels temporarily, activate them again, or delete labels you no longer need.

Open product labels​

  1. From your Shopify admin, open MP Trust Badges & Labels.
  2. Go to Product labels.

You will see a list of your product labels, including their status, display time, audience, created date, and available actions.

Edit a product label​

To edit a label:

  1. Find the label you want to update.
  2. Click the edit icon.
  3. Update the label settings.
  4. Click Save.

You can edit details such as:

  • Label name
  • Label type
  • Text or image
  • Shape
  • Colors
  • Size
  • Position
  • Display conditions
  • Display timing

After saving, the updated label will sync to your storefront.

Pause a product label​

Pausing a label keeps it saved in the app but stops it from appearing on your storefront.

To pause a label:

  1. Find the label you want to pause.
  2. Click Deactivate.

The label status will change from Active to Paused.

Activate a paused label​

To show a paused label again:

  1. Find the paused label.
  2. Click Activate.

The label status will change from Paused to Active.

The label will appear only if its conditions and timing also match the product page.

Delete a product label​

Deleting a label removes it from the app.

To delete a label:

  1. Find the label you want to delete.
  2. Click the delete icon.
  3. Confirm the deletion.

Only delete a label if you no longer need it. If you may use it again later, pause it instead.

When changes appear on your storefront​

After editing, pausing, activating, or deleting a label, storefront sync may take a few minutes.

If you do not see the change immediately, refresh the product page or check again after a short wait.

Notes​

  • You can create up to 10 product labels.
  • Paused labels do not appear on the storefront.
  • Deleted labels cannot be restored from the app.
  • Active labels still need matching product conditions and timing before they appear.
