How to customize trust badges

You can customize your trust badges to match your store branding and product page layout.

Open trust badge settings​

  1. From your Shopify admin, open MP Trust Badges & Labels.
  2. Go to Trust badges.
  3. Use the settings panel to customize your badges.
  4. Preview your changes on desktop and mobile.
  5. Click Save when finished.

Customize the heading​

You can show or hide the heading above your badges.

To customize it:

  1. Turn Show header text on or off.
  2. Enter your heading text.
  3. Choose a font family.
  4. Select the text alignment.
  5. Choose the text color.
  6. Adjust the desktop and mobile font size.

Example heading text:

  • Shop with confidence
  • Secure checkout
  • Trusted shopping
  • Fast and secure delivery

Select badges​

Use the badge picker to choose which badges appear on your storefront.

You can browse badges by category, including:

  • Payment
  • Shipping
  • Security
  • Guarantee
  • Special
  • Preset

You can select up to 10 badges.

Reorder badges​

After selecting badges, you can reorder them in the badge list.

Move the most important badges first so customers can see your strongest trust signals quickly.

Choose a badge style​

The app includes different badge display styles.

You can choose:

  • Original: Shows the badge images directly
  • Card: Shows badges inside a card-style layout

Choose the style that best matches your theme design.

Adjust badge size​

You can set different badge sizes for desktop and mobile.

Use these settings to make sure badges look clear without taking too much space on the product page.

Adjust spacing​

You can control the spacing between badges separately for desktop and mobile.

Increase spacing if badges feel crowded, or reduce spacing if you want a more compact layout.

Add animation​

You can add an animation effect to make badges more noticeable.

Available animation options include:

  • None
  • Pop in
  • Slide in
  • Fade in
  • Bounce
  • Swing
  • Hi there
  • Flash

Use animations carefully so they support the shopping experience without distracting customers.

Preview before saving​

Use the preview panel to check how your trust badges will look on desktop and mobile.

Before saving, review:

  • Badge selection
  • Badge order
  • Heading text
  • Font and color
  • Desktop and mobile size
  • Spacing
  • Animation

Save your changes​

When you are happy with the result, click Save.

If the badges are already added to your theme, the updated design will appear on your storefront after the changes are saved.
